The annual meeting of the shareholders of CACL Federal Credit Union will be held in our Loan Department.
Location: 1816 West Market Street Pottsville PA. 17901. Date: 6/15/26 at 8:00 AM.
The meeting is held for the following purposes:
(1) To elect three (3) directors of the credit union.
(2) To transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment of the meeting.
The Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has nominated the following individuals for a full term :

Robert James
Nomination for vacant positions may also be made by petition. Petitions require signatures by 1% of the
membership with a minimum of 162 signatures and a maximum of 500. If you would like to seek nomination by
petition, please submit a signed certificate stating that you are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected.
These forms can be obtained at any CACL location. In addition, please include a biographical statement.
The deadline for the petitions is 05/06/26.
